Make an ATM Card

Narator                       : “One day, in a bank, a customer will make an ATM card.”

Customer Service        : ”Good morning, sir. Can I help you?”
Customer                    : “Good morning. I want to make an ATM card. What are the

                                        requirements?”
Customer Service        : “You must have a savings book and fill out the form of ATM card-

making provided by the teller.”
Customer                    : “Where should I go to make the card?”
Customer Service        : “Please take a queue number first and wait in the waiting room until

your number on the call.”
Customer                    : “Thanks for the instructions.”
Customer Service        : “You are welcome”

Narator                       : “Some time later, customers also get his turn.”

Teller                           : “Good morning sir. How can I help you?”
Customer                    : “Good morning. I want to make an ATM card.”
Teller                           : “May I see your savings book?”
Customer                    : “Yes, of course.”
Teller                           : “Please content this ATM card manufacture form.”
Customer                    : “Alright.”

Narator                       : “A few minutes later.”

Customer                    : “I have content of this form.”
Teller                           : “Thank you sir. This your savings book and this is a receipt.”
Customer                    : “When I can take my ATM card?”
Teller                           : “Ummm ... maybe a week again you can pick it up. You will go

directly to the counter and give a receipt to the teller.”
Customer                    : “Oh. Yes. Alright.”

Narator                       : “A week later.”

Teller                           : “Good afternoon, sir.”
Customer                    : “Good afternoon. I want to take my ATM cards that I made last

week.”
Teller                           : “May I see the receipt?”
Customer                    : “Just a moment. This is it.”
Teller                           : “Thank you. Wait a moment sir, I will take it for you.”

Narator                       : “Few minutes later, the teller returned with an ATM card.”

Teller                           : “This your ATM card, sir. Please your signature here.”
Customer                    : “...”
Teller                           : “Thank you, sir.”
Customer                    : “You are welcome.”
